    Do I need to change anything?

    With most providers, they make you take one of their routers, which mean changing wireless details on all devices, unplugging and replugging in connections. All things that make changing hard.

    Connected Australia has integrated with the systems in your village to enable us to be able to take over the existing router and phone lines.

    So you don’t need to change a thing. All that changes is that you will need to select your new plan, provide us with your payment details (Card or bank for direct debit) and we will become your new provider for billing and support.

    Are speeds guaranteed?

    Yes, Connected Australia gurantees our speeds on all plans.

    Do you have experience in aged care communities?

    Yes, Connected Australia have been working with many aged care communities over the past 5 years including Seachange Coomera and Toowomba since 2018 and still have a strong relationship with them today.
